The 24-28 "expansion head assembly produced this time is designed based on the original German SMS MEER company (dovetail shoe guide) expansion head assembly. The external dimensions and interface dimensions of the expansion head are consistent with the original expansion head. The cone, outer module, and intermediate ring are connected by bidirectional T-keys, and each cone surface of the cone adds a lubricating oil hole. The restructured expanding head assembly can effectively avoid overload failure between the sliding shoe and the tapered dovetail caused by heavy load, reduce production costs, and improve production efficiency.
